Who We’re Looking ForCandidates will have a solid commercial construction background in a site management capacity. They will have the drive and tenacity to drive projects to be delivered at the highest standard. A proven ability to keep projects on programme is essential. Experience working on commercial buildings, combined with a solid understanding of NZ building regulations, standards, and construction methodologies, will set you up for success. We’re seeking candidates with a track record of delivering small to medium‑size projects, strong technical capability, and credibility across the industry.
