About The Role

As our Hamilton team continues to secure exciting new projects, we’re looking to grow our team with experienced leaders who are passionate about delivering excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

Candidates will have a solid commercial construction background in a site management capacity. They will have the drive and tenacity to drive projects to be delivered at the highest standard. A proven ability to keep projects on programme is essential. Experience working on commercial buildings, combined with a solid understanding of NZ building regulations, standards, and construction methodologies, will set you up for success. We’re seeking candidates with a track record of delivering small to medium‑size projects, strong technical capability, and credibility across the industry.

To Be Considered, You’ll Bring
  • 5‑8 years’ Site Management experience, ideally with a well‑known main contractor
  • Exposure to a range of construction projects from $20M to $100M, with proven success leading site teams and delivering excellence
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and compliance standards
  • Strong planning skills and ability to work to programme
  • In‑depth knowledge of construction methodologies
  • Passion for Health & Safety, enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships positively
  • A relevant trade or tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential)
