Job Vacancy: Social Media Editor - TVNZ

As a Social Media Editor reporting to Digital Marketing Manager, your focus will be on

• Plan, produce and post compelling content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook that drives reach, engagement and love for TVNZ+.
• Clip key show moments, craft stories, make memes, add captions and creative treatments that make content pop. Experiment, innovate, and move fast.
• Manage paid social investment, from audience targeting and budget allocation to optimisation and performance tracking.
• Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider Digital Media team to translate show marketing briefs into smart, social-first ideas - and execute campaigns flawlessly.
• Keep a finger firmly on the pulse of pop culture and trends. Connecting our content and characters to what’s happening in the wider world.
• Proactively identify and produce content with show talent (launch events, exit interviews, social collabs) that fans can’t get enough of.
