PJ Patel Limited is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dairy store
in Waitara, Taranaki. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting,
and directing the day-to-day activities of our retail establishment to ensure the overall
smooth and effective operation of the Store.
This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 working hours per week.
Remuneration $28-$32 per hour.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
or a level 5 or higher qualification.
Key Tasks
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Oversee stock levels, product selection, and inventory control.
• Develop purchasing plans, set competitive prices, and drive sales through
promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
• Track stock levels, manage financial transactions, and monitor sales and stock
performance.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations.
