About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a Strategic People Experience Business Partner to support Te Tari Whakatau, a Departmental Agency of Te Tāhū o te Ture – the Ministry of Justice. The role is fully embedded within Te Tari Whakatau, while formally reporting to the Manager, Business Partnering in the Ministry of Justice, to ensure strong and effective connections with a full suite of HR services and support.

This is a strategic HR role, ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside leaders to align strategy and culture with organisational priorities. Te Tari Whakatau places a strong emphasis on its culture and on supporting kaimahi to succeed. You’ll partner with leaders to help shape and foster a workplace where wellbeing is visible, whanaungatanga is lived, and kaimahi feel proud of their mahi.

Salary

The appointing salary for this role is between $112,766 and $145,388, depending on skills and experience.
