An additional graduate and/or technician surveyor is being added to a long-established land development consultancy in one of New Zealand’s fastest growing Tier 1 regions. With several significant neighbourhood and multi-stage subdivision projects commencing in 2026, the role provides hands-on mentoring, project responsibility at the appropriate level, and the lifestyle advantages of working on the Kapiti Coast.
Role description:The Surveyor/Technician will deliver a mix of cadastral, topographical, and engineering surveys using modern GNSS, RTS, and drone equipment. The role covers field capture through to data processing, survey plans, and client communication using 12d, Landonline, and Landonline support tools. The level of responsibility will scale to match experience.
