Experienced Inventory Controller wanted for a busy warehouse role in Wiri. You’ll be responsible for stock accuracy, reconciliations, reporting, and inventory analysis, while working closely with warehouse operations. Strong Excel skills, warehouse experience, and a sharp eye for detail are essential. Forklift licence is a bonus. Applicants must have valid working rights in New Zealand.We are currently looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join our client in Wiri. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with data, has strong spreadsheet and analytical skills, and has a background in warehousing.
 
Your Responsibilities:

• Manage Warehouse and Inventory Department operations to achieve performance targets.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory variances.
• Perform inventory reconciliations, cycle counts and reporting.
• Analyse stock movement, trends and warehouse performance data
• Work closely with warehouse operations
• Prepare regular inventory and KPI reports using Excel.
• Ensure inventory accuracy within the WMS and customer systems.

• Proven experience in Warehouse and Inventory operations.
• Strong Microsoft and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
• Confident working with large datasets and spreadsheets.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Commitment to promoting a safe and positive work environment.
• Ability to work early hours and weekends
• Forklift licence (reach stockpicker) bonus
