Do you have an excellent professional ethic, a passion for providing quality care and a wish to advance your career in the care of the Older Adult and disability Adult while being mentored and supported? Especially interested in Night and aftrenoon Shift.
You're there to help provide the safest, healthiest, and most enjoyable lifestyle possible for our client. This role is really special, because it gives you the chance to make a difference to our client' quality life, without being a caregiver or providing personal care like bathing , hoisting and changing.
Day-to-day, your activities will include assisting with recreational and group exercises, helping the Caregiver assisting with eating and drinking at mealtimes. You will be there during busy periods when other staff may be providing care to specific client - think conversations, manicures, walks, laughs and improving independence and autonomy through exercises.
You will be responsible for providing client with safe care and daily support in accordance with individual care plans, ensuring their needs are met with patience, understanding, dignity and respect. Your tasks will cover personal hygiene care, assisting at meal times and cleaning duties.
We need staff who are flexible and available to work on weekend and evening shift.
