Are you passionate about helping organisations to shape the future of talent and career development? Join our enthusiastic HR team as a HR / OD Specialist, where you will lead the creation of a innovative career framework for Parliamentary Service. This opportunity can start immediately and needs to be completed by the end of June 2025.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with HR teams and managers to design and implement a robust career progression system. A Career framework is the process which allows someone to understand how they can go from one role to another within an organisation.

What were looking for:

• Strong process mapping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
