Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
We now have an awesome opportunity for an experienced, dynamic, digital leader to join our team and really impact change as the Digital Enablement Manager on a fixed term contract for 13 months. We know what we do on the inside shows up on the outside and this role plays a huge part in AT becoming more customer centric, keeping pace with the increase in our customers digital interactions, and ever-growing CX outcomes. Our focus starts with our customers - our vision in this space is fully supported by our CEO and leadership teams.
What you might like to know about this opportunity:
- Support and manage a team of nine high performing, talented individuals, including one graduate; maintain the exceptional team culture and further develop team members.
- Lead the Digital Enablement team to provide excellent customer experiences through the efficient creation of compelling digital content, UX/UI design and continuous improvement of AT Mobile and the AT Website to deliver easy customer journeys.
- Accountable for developing, maintaining and delivering the Digital Design System, the Digital Content Strategy, Digital Analytics and SEO Strategy.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Technology and external vendors to plan and deliver the digital roadmap of enhancements to AT Mobile and the AT Website.
- Ensure there is strong communication and collaboration within the CX Delivery team, across the Customer and Digital Experience group and the wider CX division, and with other divisions across AT.
- Drive operational effectiveness and efficiency by optimising business processes and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the teams in Digital & Technology Delivery, Communications & Engagement, Brand, Marketing and Creative@AT.
