Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau | Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family We are inviting Expressions of Interest for the position of Senior Supervisor to support potential upcoming medium to large-scale civil infrastructure projects across the Auckland Region. The ideal candidate will bring diverse proven experience in managing fast pace day-to-day operations within civil construction, with a strong focus on horizontal infrastructure. Were looking for individuals with a solid background in complex and varied civil works, ideally including:

• Utilities and services
• Road realignments and upgrades
• Pump station construction and pipeline installation
• Brownfield site development
• Airport infrastructure projects

Strong leadership and project management skills are essential, as you will play a key role in driving projects through to successful completion. In addition to the above you will:

• Leading multiple crews and supporting the Engineers and Managers with planning and completing work
• Supervise projects to ensure they are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees, subcontractors, and the public across all sites
• Ensure adequate resource for operational objectives, people, plant and materials
• Interpret design plans and monitor on-site work to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications
• Foster effective communication and service delivery with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support the professional growth and performance of your team through regular monitoring and feedback
• Contribute to additional duties or special projects as reasonably required

• Hold a Class 1 Full Licence and WTR Endorsement is ideal
• Have a minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in a supervisor role
• Must have at least 10+ years ‘experience in the civil construction industry or similar
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of compliance within health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
