We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our automotive
recycling and used parts division. You will manage sales strategies,
inventory optimization, and key client relations. Candidates must hold a
Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business, alongside at least 2 years
of management experience and 1 year of specialized automotive parts
sales expertise.
We are an established automotive recycling and vehicle removal business
specializing in the dismantling, sourcing, and distribution of high
quality recycled automotive components. We are currently looking for a
results-driven and highly organized Sales Manager to oversee our
sales operations, expand our regional network, and lead our sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize turnover for
recycled automotive parts and vehicle salvage services.- Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department, coordinating closely with logistics, yard staff, and dispatch teams.
Manage and nurture B2B (business-to-business) client portfolios, including mechanics, workshops, insurance assessors, auto repair networks, and bulk exporters. Monitor inventory flow of salvaged parts to align with market demand and pricing trends.
Oversee international supply inquiries and maintain smooth communication across diverse cultural networks.
Prepare comprehensive sales performance reports and set KPI targets for internal staff.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: A formal Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is strictly required.
Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in
a managerial or supervisory role, demonstrating strong leadership and
team oversight.
Industry Experience: At least 1 year of direct experience in
automotive parts sales, cataloging, or recycling environments.
Key Competencies: Excellent strategic planning, inventory software
familiarity, and robust negotiation skills.
