About the Role\nThe PAR role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse currently working in a critical environment, (ED, ICU, CCU), who wants to grow their leadership, work autonomously, and be part of a supportive team driving innovation and excellence in patient safety. This advanced practice role focuses on identifying, assessing, and supporting patients at risk of acute deterioration, ensuring timely and coordinated care across the healthcare continuum. Working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, this position plays a crucial leadership role, promoting clinical excellence, mentoring nursing staff, and leading quality improvement initiatives. It's an ideal position for nurses who thrive in acute settings, are passionate about elevating patient care standards, and are driven by evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
