About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team, partnering closely with leaders across our Operations business to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.

As the dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for Operations, you'll play a key role in shaping Gallagher's workforce by building talent pipelines, delivering effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You'll act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and recruitment expertise while helping leaders secure the right people to achieve their business objectives.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work across the business to strengthen our employer brand, influence hiring decisions, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.

This role is primarily onsite in Hamilton, working closely with our Operations teams which includes Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement and Operations Performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with hiring leaders and People Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles within our Operations business
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and talent networks
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines to support future hiring requirements
  • Delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Providing advice and market insights to support informed hiring decisions
  • Promoting Gallagher's employer brand and identifying opportunities to enhance attraction strategies
  • Leveraging recruitment systems and technology to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitoring recruitment activity and providing reporting and hiring insights to stakeholders
About You

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong sourcing capability and experience building talent pools
  • Confidence partnering with leaders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, operations, industrial, or technical environments would be advantageous
