Operations Manager

• You must at all times ensure all our services comply with applicable rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with chefs to plan and curate enticing menus.
• Strategically organise and execute special functions and events.
• Manage the purchasing and pricing of goods to align with budget goals.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Guarantee our dining facilities comply with health regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and appearance.
• Responsible for sales and supply of Alcohol and health and safety compliance
• Engage in marketing and promotional activities
• Engage with customers to assess satisfaction with meals and service, addressing feedback proactively.
• Recruit, train, and supervise our dedicated waiting and kitchen staff.
• Occasionally assist with reservations, greeting guests, and taking orders to support the team.
• Monitor and oversee the purchase of groceries, menus and staff allocation.
• Attend to all customer queries and requests courteously and efficiently, and to establishment standards.
