We are looking for a manager and cleaners to work in our cleaning company in Queenstown area

 

Manager

Key Responsibilities

·      Coordinate daily cleaning operations.

·      Build solid client relationships, address feedback, and resolve issues.

·      Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.

·      Conduct site visits to ensure service standards and expectations are met.

·      Develop efficient rosters and service schedules.

·      Monitor equipment, materials, and supplies for proper use and availability.

·      Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

·      Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support budget control.

 

Skills and Experience Required

·      Minimum 2 years’ experience in housekeeping, cleaning or property maintenance or a relevant managerial college level qualification.

·      Ability to manage teams and multiple sites.

Offered pay - $27 - $30 per hour

Cleaners

Key Responsibilities:

 

·      Work efficiently to perform all cleaning activities including cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, cleaning ceilings and any other activity expected from a cleaner.

·      Cleaning floors, appliances and walls.

·      Respond promptly and professionally to client feedback and requests.

·      Keep track of your cleaning supplies and make sure to return supplies and equipment to the designated area at the end of the shift.

You must be physically fit, quick learner and should be able to follow instructions.

Pay rate - $25 - $26 per hour

We offer a minimum of 30 hours per week for both positions
