What you’ll do\n
\n - Define and lead the digital delivery and portfolio management approach
\n - Oversee programmes and projects across multiple portfolios and dependencies
\n - Ensure delivery outcomes are realised, measured, and aligned to business value
\n - Establish governance frameworks that provide transparency and control
\n - Lead and grow a high‑performing delivery, PMO and programme capability

What you’ll bring\n
\n - Proven experience leading large‑scale organisational mergers and digital integration programmes, including consolidation of platforms, teams, and operating models to deliver a unified enterprise
\n - Senior leadership experience managing large‑scale digital portfolios and programmes
\n - Strong background in portfolio, programme and project management (P3M)
\n - Experience delivering in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
\n - Commercial acumen across budgeting, forecasting and vendor management
\n - Proven ability to lead teams and deliver through change and transformation
\n
\n
\n - Own delivery across a full organisational reset
\n - High visibility and influence at senior leadership level
\n - Opportunity to build and mature enterprise delivery capability
\n - 3 - 4 days per week on campus, with some flexibility
\n - Purpose‑led impact supporting learners, whānau and communities
