About The Role (your Why)We know payroll — we’ve been accurately and compliantly processing it for over 50 years — and now we’re modernising it with our next-generation SaaS Payroll Product, Datapay.
We’re looking for a Principal Integration Engineer to lead the software development of the API/integration stream for Datapay. As a technical leader, you will play a pivotal role in the way our services connect internally and how our systems integrate with external partners. This is a hands‑on role covering all phases of integration development — from architecture and technical design through to implementation and customer engagement.
You’ll collaborate with Product and Design teams, Tech Leads/Architects, and other Development teams to maximise value delivery in our Agile environment. You will shape design patterns, set coding standards, mentor engineers, and ensure the end‑to‑end quality of our payroll platform.
