About Company
We (Guang International Ltd) are a wholesaler, importer of dollar store items, located in Auckland. We supply them to diverse retail shops across New Zealand. We are currently looking for a Sale Manager. As a key player reporting directly to the Director, you will have the opportunity and freedom to lead cross functional customer account teams in the development and delivery of growth strategies.
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate the supply, storage, and distribution of imported goods across New Zealand
• Develop, implement, and monitor purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies, policies, and procedures
• Prepare and execute stock control plans to maintain required inventory levels at minimum operational cost
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to meet quality, pricing, and delivery requirements
• Operate and oversee recording systems to track all stock movements, ensuring timely re-ordering and restocking
• Liaise with sales teams, logistics providers, and customers regarding dispatch schedules and delivery requirements
• Lead, supervise, and monitor warehouse staff performance, providing guidance and training as required
• Ensure timely provision and distribution of products to meet customer and client demands
