Job Duties Plan and organise the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing,scheduling, and service flow. Develop and implement service standards to enhance customer satisfactionand efficiency Supervise the activities of the kitchen, dining, and service staff to ensureeffective operations. Delegate tasks and coordinate with team members to maintain a highstandard of service. Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints, aiming to create apositive dining experience. Promote and maintain good customer relations to encourage loyalty andrepeat business. Recruit, hire, and train new staff, ensuring they understand service standardsand health regulations. Assist in planning menus in consultation with chefs, keeping in line withcustomer preferences and cost requirements. Develop budgets, monitor sales, and control operating expenses to ensureprofitability. Manage cash handling, including opening and closing cash registers, andprepare financial reports as required. Organise and promote special events or seasonal promotions to attractcustomers. Ensure compliance with local food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
