Opportunity
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering and assuring critical water infrastructure projects across the region. You will provide senior technical leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, shaping forward works programmes, guiding project decisions, and mentoring Project Engineers. Key Responsibilities
Lead impactful water infrastructure projects that shape the region's future
Provide senior technical leadership across project challenges
Join a collaborative team dedicated to protecting water as a precious taonga
Mentor and guide Project Engineers while growing your own leadership pathway
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
The remuneration range for this role is $108,644 to $153,379 pá a. (including KiwiSaver), depending on skills and experience.
Qualifications
Extensive experience delivering infrastructure projects within the water sector
Ability to lead, mentor and provide technical assurance to Project Engineers
Confidence overseeing scope, design, constructability reviews and risk management
Ability to manage contractors, consultants, programmes and budgets
Strong communication skills to engage councils, customers, contractors and regulators
