The purpose of this role is to provide premium hairdressing,
cutting, styling and colour treatments to our clientele.
Core duties:
• All Types of Men and Women Hair Cutting and styling
• Shampooing, conditioning and blow dries
• Preparing and applying colour treatments through various
techniques including, Ombre, Balayage, Chemical
straightening, Keratin treatment, Perms ect.
• Apply hair care in salon treatments
• Provide Training to Junior staff time to time and help them
where need or request by company
The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet
the overall objectives of the company.
Other Duties • Fulfil other duties as required by management and other
department personnel as requested/required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications • Certificate of Hairdressing or relevant experience as stated
below
Experience • At least 2 years of on floor salon experience
• Experience with a range of colour and Chemical treatments

exceptional customer service across all channels – written,
phone and face to face.
• Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and
concisely, varying communication style depending upon the
audience.
• Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written
skills when communicating with others, both internally and
externally.

commercial manner.
• Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as
required and get on with team members.
