Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the karaoke bar’s services, themed events, and private room packages.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase customer traffic, event bookings, and brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research to identify target customers, entertainment trends, and competitors in the nightlife and hospitality market.
  • Manage and update the bar’s social media platforms, website, and online advertising campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Organise and promote special events such as karaoke competitions, themed party nights, and holiday promotions.
  • Coordinate marketing materials including posters, digital advertisements, and promotional content.
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on customer engagement, sales results, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with management and operations staff to develop pricing strategies,membership promotions, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Maintain relationships with event organisers, influencers, and local partners to increase brand exposure.

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business,Marketing,Management or relevant fields ; or
  • At least three-fours years relevant working experience;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify business opportunities.
  • Be well-organized and able to multitask
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
